I ordered a birthday bouquet for my daughter as I live in Syracuse, NY, and I was MORE than satisfied with the service I received! I spoke with the driver, and she explained it was 97 degrees and left them on my daughter’s doorstep (as she was at work at the time), but explained if the flowers wilted, they would happily make her another arrangement. She also told me the color of the balloons they chose, and they were perfect for the flower arrangement!
